Now, let me start out by saying that there’s alot of formats out there to listen to music. We’ve got mp3, cd, dvd, record, tape, metal cones, cupping our ears- and with all this, the purchaser needs to take special care in choosing the headphones to listen with. And buddy, these ain’t it!
Now, my favorite thing to do while listening to music is sleep- I know you’re with me- and frankly, sleeping is not an option with the sony j10’s. They’ve got these awkward stickin-out things that sit just below the lobe. I mean! So, i’m laying there on my parents’ rug trying to get my money’s worth and another night’s rest and everything, and I wake up with my left ear all bruised and throbbing. Hey, I payed ten bucks for that! And to top it all, they keep slippin out when i’m doing my evening jogs. They leave me listening to the gentle swaying of the trees instead of this week’s top forty. i don’t know a guy in his right mind who’d choose that over listening to Mugsy Bogues’s “Bomp Dis, Fetch This, Crunkd This.” Ok? So save your bones and harvest it, If you know what I mean.

LISTEN!
DONT EVER EVER BUY THESE.
I dont care how cheap SONY offers them for — i have bought 2 pairs of these to wear while at work — and in both instances, used or new — the headphones send shocks into your ear lobes randomly.
these are VERY DANGEROUS. SONY has refused to respond to my complaints for them.
Do Not. Buy.

They’re great in terms of listening, but they don’t look as cool as earbuds. They stick out a little, so if you’re really into how you look at the gym, get earbuds. Theses stay in your ears better but don’t look as good. Better than headphones, but not as good as earbuds.
