I got these for work where it is a noisy, shared environment. Unfortunately, the only sound it seemed to cancel was the noise caused by having my ears covered. I was also hoping to be able to get great sound while I used them. Unfortunately, you either get noise AND your music or you get silence. And no matter what i did, my Mac didn’t recognize the headphones and so whether on or off i got no sound from my audio device.

I gave these headphones 1 star because there isn’t an option for no stars. The sound quality is the worst I’ve ever heard! My son’s Sony’s he bought for $19.99 sound magnitudes better. These JVC’s are a waste of $109.99!

Noise cancellation worked great. Small size was great. However, the cord or jack would not make a connection to the headset. If you wiggled and pushed in the cord at the same time, you could get a second or two of music — that is all. I got my money back and bought a Bose noise cancellation headset and have been very happy with the Bose product.

I am glad I bought these on sale. I would be very unhappy if I bought these at full price. I am still trying to figure out how they are calling these “High Grade Noise Canceling” earphones. They sound good, but I take them to the gym and on airplanes and they do not cancel all the noise.
I had high expectations from this product and I am not happy with them. Can anyone recommend a true pair of Noise Canceling Headphones?

I’ve never had noise canceling headphones before. I was very excited to get these, put in the batteries, turned them on, popped them on my head. Hardly cut down the noise
Could still hear the kids talking in the other room. Maybe this set wasn’t working? Anyways, sent them back.
